The Exact model listing is “Bambu Lab P2S Combo, P2S 3D Printer & AMS 2 Pro, Multi-Color 3D Printing”. The product page condition is new. That word describes this listing, not every other version of the same brand.

The Bambu Lab P2S is an enclosed fused-deposition printer with a 256 mm cube of build volume, a hardened-steel nozzle, and a 5-inch touchscreen. Black Friday Deals 2026 pages mix the printer-only box with the AMS combo, and they mix the P2S with the older P1S. Those are different purchases. Bambu describes the P2S as the refined follow-on to the P1S, not as a sticker on the same machine. This guide uses Bambu’s published specs and the box-contents line you have to read before you check out.

Bambu Lab P2S Black Friday Deals 2026

Bambu lists the build volume as 256 by 256 by 256 mm. The outer size is 392 by 406 by 478 mm, and the net weight is 14.9 kg. The chassis is plastic and steel, with a plastic and glass outer frame. The chamber is enclosed, which is the point if you print ABS, ASA, and other materials that prefer stable air. It is still a home printer that wants a ventilated room. Bambu’s working range for the room is about 10 °C to 30 °C.

The toolhead uses a hardened-steel extruder gear and a hardened-steel nozzle. The included nozzle is 0.4 mm. Supported diameters are 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 mm. Filament is 1.75 mm. Maximum nozzle temperature is 300 °C. The heatbed maxes at 110 °C and ships with a textured PEI plate. Smooth PEI and Cool Plate SuperTack are supported plates, not automatically extra plates in the carton. Maximum toolhead speed is 600 mm/s and maximum acceleration is 20,000 mm/s². Maximum flow is listed at 40 mm³/s under Bambu’s stated test with ABS. Those ceilings are not the speed of every pretty profile. A draft profile and a strong profile are different choices in the slicer.

The printer has a built-in 1080p camera at 30 fps, a door sensor, filament-runout and tangle sensing, and power-loss recovery. Filament odometry is listed as supported with an AMS. Filtration uses activated carbon and is specified for VOC and particulate filtration. Cooling fans for the part, the hotend, and the auxiliary part cooling are closed-loop. None of that removes the need to keep the nozzle and the plate clean.

Electronics are a 5-inch 854 by 480 touchscreen, 8 GB of eMMC, and a USB port. Bambu says the printer does not include a USB drive. Control is the screen, the mobile app, or the PC app. Wireless is dual-band Wi-Fi. Ethernet is not available. Bambu Studio is the slicer, and standard G-code from other slicers can be used with the warning that advanced features may not carry over.

### Materials and the AMS question

Bambu’s filament list for the P2S includes PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PET, PA, PC, PVA, and a set of carbon- and glass-filled variants including PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PA6-CF, PAHT-CF, PPA-CF, and PET-CF. Support materials for PLA, PETG, and ABS are on the list. PPS-CF is not what the list promises. If your shop lives on a material that is absent from that list, do not assume a sale unit adds it.

Multi-color printing needs an AMS. Bambu’s FAQ says the P2S can use up to four AMS 2 Pro units and four AMS HT units, eight units and 20 slots. The printer box and the AMS box are often sold as a combo and also sold apart. A hero image with spools on top does not include the AMS. The title has to say “combo” or “with AMS,” and the contents have to name the AMS generation. An older AMS that the P2S does not support is not a bonus. Check Bambu’s current compatibility note for the unit in the photo.

Power is 100–120 V or 200–240 V, 50/60 Hz. Maximum power is listed at 1200 W at 220 V and 1000 W at 110 V, with PLA steady-state power around 200 W. The bed will pull the high number for a few minutes while it heats. A weak power strip is a bad place for that spike. Plan a real outlet.

### P2S versus the P1S

Bambu’s own store line calls the P2S a reimagining of the P1S: enclosed printing, a touchscreen, hardened steel in the toolhead, and the current AMS path. The P1S remains a different model with its own screen and its own parts. Do not buy a P1S listing because the price is lower and the silhouette is a cube. Nozzles, plates, and AMS generations are not automatic hand-me-downs. Match the model name on the spare parts you already own before you treat a second printer as a parts twin.

Noise is listed under about 50 dB in silent mode at 1 meter in Bambu’s FAQ. A Black Friday unit is not quieter than the spec. Put it on a sturdy table. A hollow cart becomes a speaker.

Black Friday checklist

– The title says Bambu Lab P2S, not P1S, X1C, A1, or H2D. – Combo or printer-only is explicit. AMS model is named or absent. – The plate in the box is identified. Extra plates are named or not included. – Nozzle diameter included is 0.4 mm unless a different nozzle is written in. – Voltage matches your country. – A USB drive is not assumed. – The return window covers a printer that will not complete setup, not only a sealed box you may not open.

Ignore a crossed-out “value” that adds an AMS you did not receive. Compare a printer-only cart with a printer-only cart. Compare a named AMS combo with the same AMS combo.

Black Friday does not change the 256 mm cube, the 300 °C nozzle, or the lack of Ethernet. It changes how many photos include spools the carton does not contain.

Who it is for

Choose the P2S if you want an enclosed Bambu printer for PLA through the engineering filaments on Bambu’s list, with a camera and a touchscreen, and you have a stable table and a serious outlet. Add the AMS only if you will actually print more than one color or a support interface. Skip the P2S if you wanted a smaller open printer for PLA toys and you do not want an enclosed machine’s size. The footprint is 392 by 406 mm on the desk before you add filament paths.

Skip it if you need wired Ethernet. Bambu lists Ethernet as not available. A shop network that blocks Wi-Fi needs a different plan, or a different printer.

After it arrives

Unpack onto a solid surface, remove the shipping locks the manual names, and run the setup on the touchscreen before you start a long print. Load the included PEI plate the way the guide shows. Dry filament if it has been sitting, especially nylon and carbon-filled spools. The printer’s filtration is not a substitute for dry plastic. Print a single-color calibration piece before a 20-color job. If an AMS was in the order, confirm the model number against the packing list before you update firmware.

The P2S is a specific enclosed printer with a hardened 0.4 mm nozzle and a 256 mm build cube. Black Friday Deals 2026 are worth opening when the cart matches that printer and is honest about whether an AMS is part of the deal.
